GOOD LUCK!I am on this great diet which requires salmon. Any recipes for it?
I have a simple but delicious salmon recipe that I make pretty often for my husband and I and we both love it.

1 - Put foil on a cookie sheet (helps cut down on cleanup) spray some non-stick spray and place salmon skin side down on sheet. Sprinkle will a little salt and pepper and either dried rosemary or fresh (use more if fresh so you get the flavor).

2 - You can do the same as above with ingredients, but melt a small amount of butter in a nonstick pan and place salmon flesh side down (already seasoned before you place in pan). It creates a bit of a crust on the salmon and seals in the flavors.

You can squeeze a little lemon on if you like, and this recipe works great on chicken too! :)
Foodnetwork.com is great- has many awesome recipes. All you have to do is type in salmon, and you'll get great tasting, quick and easy meal ideas that TV chefs cook. All the recipes are rated for difficulty and taste. Good luck!!
eat as much salmon as you want - smoked one is best, mix it with a green salad, olive oil (1 spoon), lemon (as much as you like) ! you can put always some spices and herbs for the taste, but the ones above really do the trick! bon appetite!
i have in my mind very easy broil the salmon with paprika, after 10 minute of broiling add olive oil, garlic and tomatoes...

i made that up 2 weeks ago, and it was delicious
you should grill it with garlic and pepper! Trust me, It tastes really, really good...
You shouldn't eat salmon more than once a week because of the ridiculously high levels of mercury in it. This is especially true of farm-raised salmon because they feed them chum that is chock-full of mercury!
This sounds wierd, but is true:

Salmon steaks or fillets on the grill. Brush mayonnaise on them before grilling. They get all tender flaky, but don't stick to the grill. The mayo burns off.
Best Salmon recipe ever!

You can grill or bake it and it is sooo simple. Put out the filet (preferably the tail end, skin still on) on a pan. Put a pat of butter or two (margarine or butter spray works fine too). Season with garlic salt, pepper, and tarragon. Cook until done. Put a spritz of lemon on top. Grilling is preferred. A one pound piece will take about 25 minutes on med-low heat.
Bourbon Baked Salmon

Ready to eat in 陆 hour, serve with rice %26amp; salad.

Ingredients - serves 4

4 x 6oz/175g Salmon fillets or steaks

6floz/175ml Bourbon whiskey such as Jim Beam

6floz/175ml light olive oil

4 tabsp light soy sauce

Method

Preheat oven to 220掳C/430掳F .

In a small bowl, mix together the bourbon, olive oil and light soy sauce.

Line a baking sheet with tin foil and place the salmon fillets or steaks skin side down.

Brush the salmon with bourbon mix and bake, uncovered, for 10 - 15 minutes, continuing to baste the salmon with the marinade 2 or 3 times until the salmon flakes easily when prodded with the tip of a knife.

Place the remainder of the marinade in a small saucepan, bring to a boil then reduce the heat to low and cook gently for 3 or 4 minutes.

When the salmon is cooked, plate up and serve with rice. Pour the remaining marinade into a suitable container and serve on the side.
Best way that I've found to prepare salmon is in tinfoil with pam cooking spray, lemmon pepper, garlic and chives. YUM!!! It's so simple but tastes wonderful. Just put it in the oven at 400 degrees and cook for roughly 12-15 minutes. BBQ is a much better way to go but not realistic to cook it that way on a daily or semi-daily basis
