Suggest some good recipes for salmon please!?

There are innumerable recipes for this favorite English breakfast dish. Some call for B茅chamel sauce, some for cheese. This version is easy.

KEDGEREE

3 cups hot cooked rice

4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped

1/2 cup olive oil or melted butter

16-ounce can pink salmon, drained, skinned, boned, and flaked

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1 tablespoon curry powder

Dash cayenne

Chopped parsley

Mix the rice and eggs and saut茅 in the oil until the mixture is hot and the oil absorbed. Add the flaked salmon and seasonings, stir all together, and heat thoroughly. Pack into a bowl, then turn out on a hot platter and garnish with lots of chopped parsley.

Salmon with sauted mushrooms.

Grilled with mango salsa.
Blackened Salmon

Just dip in melted butter, cover both side with blackening spice and throw into an empty hot iron skillet. Cook at a high level of heat (not the highest) and fast. Serve with dirty rice and grilled asparagus in olive oil and garlic.
I brush salmon steaks with olive oil, then salt and pepper and grill them in a cast iron grilling pan. When they are done I sprinkle lemon or lime juice on the steaks and eat them with a salad for a side dish.

I take fresh Salmon, with the skin on the bottom, season with some meltled butter with a little thyme, minced garlic and lemon. Brush this on top and pan sear it for about 2 to 3 minutes, then place on flat pan skin side down and broil it for about 4 to 5 more minutes. You can then carefully slide a spatula between the skin on the fish and the skin is removed quite nicely. Tastes great, add your own spice's you love for your own unique flavor. Happy Cooking!!
i enjoy salmon cakes; clean and debone, add a whipped egg, bread crumbs, chopped fine celery. shape into patties and brown. also a salmon casserole. take green pepper and onion saute, add drained and flaked salmon, pcs. black olives, cream of celery soup plus 1/2 c. milk and 1 1/4 c. shredded cheddar chesse. heat all that stuff up until melted and blends. pour over cooked noodles. put into casserole dish, garnish with bread crumbs. bake at 350 for 20 min.that is so-so gooooood.
