INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)


1 cup soft bread crumbs


1/2 cup Bisquick Heart Smart庐 mix


1 tablespoon Dijon mustard


1/4 teaspoon pepper


8 medium green onions, finely chopped


2 eggs, slightly beaten


1 (14.75 ounce) can red salmon, skin and bone removed, drained and flaked


2 tablespoons margarine or butter


4 whole wheat burger buns, split


Lettuce leaves


4 tablespoons dill dip or Ranch dip








DIRECTIONS

The easiest recipe that I grew up with was just to use canned salmon mixed with flour, an egg, salt and pepper, fried until crispy. If you want you can add in a touch of fresh parsley, or a small amount of dill and paprika, when mixing it up.





About 3 to 4 heaping tablespoons of flour per can of salmon works, with one extra large egg to make it all stay together.





Serve with ketchup. :) Or with mustard, if you're like me.
