STARVING for Salmon! Need good recipes!?

I am starving..Throw some of your favorite salmon recipes my way! I know you guys have some great ones!STARVING for Salmon! Need good recipes!?
I just made this recipe tonight. I marinated 3 salmon steaks in a mixture of soy sauce,brown sugar,dijon mustard and a bit of Orange juice. I baked it for 20 minutes at 350.Normally I would grill it but It was too cold out! The kids thought it was the best salmon ever!!!STARVING for Salmon! Need good recipes!?
Bake or saute until just almost done, Cool.


put in a mixing bowl with mashed potato, scallions, some ole bay seasoning, eggs and make into patties/cakes. Coat with breadcrumbs and spray with olive oil, bake or saute until hot and serve with a horseradish dill sauce.
marinate salmon in salt pepper, dill, lemon rind, and a few lemon slices, for 15 mins.....broil 6-7 mins each side at 375 deg
Salmon En Croute





Wild rice and mushroom pilaf


1 cup wild rice, cooked.


1 c. sliced mushrooms (shittake, or portobello)


2T butter


1 T fresh thyme





Sautee together until well heated and butter melts. Set aside.





Sauce for salmon





3T chopped fresh dill


2T melted butter


1tsp minced capers


1tsp lemon juice





Combine, set aside





Using 4 sheets phyllo dough, layer sheet, butter, sheet butter until you do all four. Place boned salmon fillet in center. On top, place sprig of dill, and 1 tsp butter. Put a little of the wild rice mixture on the side. You can also add a lemon slice, if desired. Pull up 4 corners of sheet, and seal up to make a packet. Brush top with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. When serving, cut into packet, and pour a bit of the sauce inside. Yum!

Marinate the Salmon for 30 min in:


soy sauce


lemon juice


2 cloves garlic





Coat the salmon on both sides in coarse ground black pepper and sautee in olive oil.
