If you have a blender make some bread crumbs.old dry bread is best, whilst its wizzing round shove some fresh herbs in and a few glugs of olive oil,a pinch of salt and pepper.

Drizzle a bit of fresh lemon juice over the fish.

heap the bread crumbs on top of the salmon and bake in a moderate oven for 10 mins.

sautee some onions and dill, until there soft, chuck in some chopped garlic and a splash of wine....brng to the boil and add a cup of double cream, bring to a simmer.

Serve the salmon with some new potatoes and steamed veg

Salmon..Mayo

Bacon

Salt and Pepper for taste.

Bake in oven.
buy a can of campbells condensed cream of chicken soup. There is a recipe for chicken and rice on the back. Absolutely delicious, absolutely quick and absolutely simple. (not expensive either)
Either cut chicken breast into strips or cubes, and then put it in a crock pot with some jarred pasta sauce (tomato, onion, and green pepper works really well). It takes a few hours if you cook it on high, but it can go all day if it's on low.

It's really, really good...especially if it's served on rice.
