Just like Applebee's Honey Grilled Salmon

3/4 cup honey

1/3 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup dark brown sugar, packed

1/4 cup pineapple juice

1 lemon, juice of (about 2 tablespoons)

2 tablespoons white distilled vinegar

2 teaspoons olive oil

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

4 (8 ounce) salmon fillets (without skin)

--Make the sauce by combining all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium/low heat. Stir occasionally until sauce begins to boil, then simmer uncovered for 15 minutes or until syrupy. Watch the sauce closely to be sure it doesn't bubble over. Preheat barbecue grill to medium heat. Rub each salmon filet with vegetable oil, then add a light sprinkling of salt and pepper. Grill the salmon for 4 to 7 minutes per side or until done. Serve salmon with a small cup of the honey pepper sauce on the side.

THE BEST SALMON RECIPE IS

first take the salmon and wash it just in case then take a aluminum foil 2 times bigger and fold all the sides up so it looks like a boat

after making the ';boat'; put the salmon in skin side down

after putting the salmon skin side down in the ';boat';

add cajun seasoning , canadian chicken seasoning, salt, adobo, and fresh garlic add about 1/2 of a spoonful of each seasoning except the salt less on that about a pinch to every piece of salmon depending on how big if small add less, if bigger add more but dont die of a heart attack with a lot of salt you can add or take out any seasoning you dont like

turn the oven on to 350

before putting the salmon in put in a bit of butter and 3 pieces of lemon per salmon one on top two on the sides

take all the corners and close them together

close the oven and let it cook

depending on the size of the salmon depends how long it will take check every 15 min for larger pieces and every 10 min for smaller pieces try not to open the oven as much

after the salmon is done

take out the salmon with a spatula try not to brake it should be tender

with the butter you put in and the lemons on the side pour the savory melted butter on top of the salmon

wala

salmon and sauce in one easy step :D

ENJOY
I did something the other night with my salmon and it was really good. I had a salmon fillet, laid it on a baking sheet, put some mayo on top, lots of parmesan cheese and some lawry's season salt...baked it for about 15 minutes, and it was GOOD!
try it will some dill sauce. I usually wait until after salmon has been cooked then I add 1 cup mayonnaise. Some dill weed and lemon juice. pepper. and just a tiny bit of garlic. I mix it together then heat it just a few seconds in microwave then spoon it over onto the salmon. Check it out.
Cut in strips the skin still on, put on a really hot bbq with the skin on the bottom, cook for about a minute and donT't turn them over. Put some salt and some lemon on and eat immediately.

Divine!!
Cover it with burre blanc sauce and top it with crushed Wheat Thins and bake it. Very yummy. Also, maple salmon is quite good. Brush a thin layer of pure maple syrup over it before baking. I know that sounds weird but it's really good! My all time favourite, however, is your basic lemon and garlic marinade. Can't go wrong with that.

here is an awesome recipe very delicious

This salmon dish looks like you spent hours in the kitchen when in reality, it takes only a few minutes to prepare.

for the salmon:

4 boneless salmon fillets

1 cup bread crumbs

1/4 cup pine nuts (pignolia)

2 cloves garlic, crushed

4 cups fresh basil leaves

1/3 cup olive oil plus 1 tablespoon olive oil (not extra virgin)

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper

for the sauce:

1 cup orange juice

2 tablespoons dry white wine

4 Tbs. butter or margarine

1/4 tsp. salt

1/8 tsp. white pepper

directions:

Remove any visible bones from the salmon.

In a food processor, mix half the bread crumbs with the pine nuts, garlic, salt and pepper until well combined. Add the basil leaves and process. Add 1/3 cup of the olive oil and combine, scraping down the sides of the bowl, if necessary.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brush a 9” x 13” glass baking dish with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Place fillets, skin side down in the pan. Spread a 1/4” layer of pesto evenly over each salmon fillet. Sprinkle with reserved 1/2 cup of bread crumbs.

Bake salmon for 10-15 minutes, or until just opaque. Remove from oven and let fish rest for 5 minutes before serving.

While the salmon is baking prepare the sauce.

Boil orange juice until it is reduced by half. Add wine and simmer a few minutes longer. Whisk in butter, 1 tablespoon at a time. To serve, pour 2-3 tablespoons of sauce over each fillet.

For a lower calorie dish, just omit the sauce.
My website ( http://www.YakiniKinaya.com) has a Salmon recipe for this month. I make Salmon that way all the time...

Also, try marinating it in Basil Pesto sauce. It works wonders....
