Salmon recipes?

anyone have salmon recipes, like glazes or marinads? for steaks and fillets? tips on cooking it?Salmon recipes?
I love to make Salmon Al Limone.

I broil the salmon in a little water in a covered pan, when cooked to a dark pink color, I remove the salmon. I make up a sauce of white wine, flour, heavy cream, cappers, and a little garlic. Mix all together. Add the salmon and heat till nice and bubly. Yum!Salmon recipes?
here is my favorite way to make salmon...take salmon steak or fillets and season with adobo seasoning (you can usually find this seasoning in the mexican foods aisle in the store. Comes in many varieties). Grill or pan fry till done to your liking. Make a light cream sauce using the following recipe:

-1/2 cup of half and half, heavy cream, your choice

-squeeze of 1/2 lemon or use bottled lemon juice

-1/2 tsp. of above mentioned adobo seasoning (or use salt and pepper if you prefer)

mix all ingredients in a small saucepot...reduce slightly till thickened a bit. Pour over salmon and enjoy! You can make extra sauce if you wish and serve with rice.
One of best sauces ever is a Dill Ranch sauce. I've used even a Dill Ranch salad dressing as a marinade. Let it marinade for an hour or two and then grill like anything else. It's super easy and ultra tasty!!
this one is one of my mom's specialties! :

Salmon goes best with either a sweet honey glaze or a dill butter.

Sprinkle salmon steaks with a little lemon pepper seasoning.

Glaze with Jack Daniels Original Recipe Grilling Sauce (in the bbq sauce aisle at most grocery stores)

Throw them on the BBQ until done and enjoy.

Easy and good.
Well you cant just say old people. because some can still drive better that some much younger ';kids';.

But there should be a proficiency test that everyone should have to take periodical.

My wife's grandfather would drive, at 85, he had no business on the road. He didn't live near us so it was hard for us to get involved with getting him off the road.
I think Marcos forgot which question he was answering.
