I just take my piece of salmon and put it in my toaster oven at 350 for about 10 minutes each side, depending on the size of it, sometimes I sprinkle a little parmasan cheese on it, and eat it like that. It's tender and tasty.
salmon salad is great prepare a salad the same you would as a chef salad.only emit the eggs and cheeze broil the fish deboned and place over the top .
Spray lightly with a non stick butter flavored Pam. Season with lemon pepper. Broil or grill until done.
Salmon is low cal for the benifits. Just turn your oven to broil and squeeze some lemon juice over the salmon sprinkle with garlic salt and cook till it flakes away when you put a fork in it. Best wishes

Yes.

Place the salmon on a shallow pan lightly greased with olive oil. Put some freshly chopped rosemary and sage sprinkled on top of the fish. Put four small red potatoes lightly polished with olive oil in the pan. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
bake it with little spices and thats it.
Salmon has low calories to begin with, so any way you can bake it with spices is fine. Leave the skin facing up and it turns out nice and crispy, broil it for a couple of minuts when it is done.

Baste the fish with olive oil. I like to use peppercorn, or montreal steak spice, sometimes I use dill, and sometimes lemon.
375 degree oven. marinate in a little balsamic vinegar {which is sweet}. spritz pan with non stick. put fish skin side up {it gets crunchy and is delish, just give it a try} bake 14 minutes {for a six ounce portion}. serve on brown rice with broccoli{squeeze of lemon over fish and broccoli} and fruit. now that you've tried it and love it, next time make two and refridgerate the second to serve on a bed of greens with a little dressing for lunch the next day.

You could bake or grill salmon. I like to put Mrs. dash on fish and spray calorie-free butter on it and bake it-cover with aluminum foil. I also like those sauces you can buy at Kroger's around the fresh fish department. I like the mesquite grill and the lemon pepper. Add some vegetables and you have a great low-fat, high proteim meal.
I buy the salmon at Costco. I marinate with lemon, white wine, garlic, or whatever seasonings you like. I bake in the foil in the oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes depending on the size. You can also grill the salmon on the BBQ (very tasty).
Put it under the broiler for 5 minutes or so on each side.

I usually sprinkle the fillet with lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper before popping it under the broiler. (garlic is good in lowering your cholesterol)
