What's a good salmon recipe for someone who doesn't like fish?

I really want to start eating more salmon (as I've been reading about its health benefits), but the only way I like to eat it is smoked (and that's not the IDEAL way to eat it in terms of health, apparently) - so what is a good salmon recipe that is with *fresh* salmon, *not smoked* for someone who doesn't really like the taste of fish? What's a good salmon recipe for someone who doesn't like fish?

I like to season my salmon with garlic powder, very little chili powder, salt and pepper, seasoning both sides, and then broil in the oven for about 15 min. You'll know it's done when it starts to flake apart. If you like onion, you can try onion flakes as a seasoning too. Experiment with different seasonings, make it fun!
