Does anyone have any good recipes for salmon?

Yes. Fresh salmon filets or steaks, place on aluminium foil. Spread a thin layer of green pesto on the flesh. Wrap foil tightly to make a seal. Pop in a hot oven set to 200C / 390F. When the foil puffs out, it's done--about 25 minutes usually. Delicious.Does anyone have any good recipes for salmon?

Plain vodka can be substituted for the pepper-flavored vodka, but season generously with cracked pepper. Serve on crostini with freshly cracked pepper.Does anyone have any good recipes for salmon?

';Horseradish-Crusted Wild Pacific Salmon'; - 8 servings

Juice of 1 lemon, plus zest

1 tbsp. finely chopped garlic

1 egg white

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper

1 cup Panko (Japanese-style bread crumbs)

1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

8 (6 oz.) Wild Pacific Salmon fillets

Heat oven to 425*. Mix the horseradish, parsley, lemon juice and zest, garlic, egg white, 1/4 tsp. of the salt, and 1/4 tsp. of the pepper in medium bowl; stir in the bread crumbs. Toss 1/4 cup of the olive oil into bread crumb mixture using a fork. Break apart any clumps; set aside.

Heat 2 tbsp. of the remaining olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Season fillets with the remaining salt and pepper; place 3 of the pieces in skillet, skin-side up. Cook 2 minutes; gently turn fillets with a flexible spatula. Cook 1 minute more. Transfer to baking sheet, skin-side down. Repeat with remaining fillets. I have two very easy recipes

First: A little oil, salt, pepper, granulated garlic powder

Marinate for at least 1 hour, and put under the broiler.

Second:Hoisin sauce, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, orange juice,

salt, pepper, oil. Start by using the amounts that are to

your taste. Marinate for at least 1 hour, then broil.

I never use measurements, because we all have different likes and dislikes. If you want a little more of one, and a little less of the other, it's up to you. These are both very easy, and taste very good.
I always put it in my toaster over with Sociable crackers all over the bottom to add flavor and bake it with Pesto Butter all over the top for about 25 min at 325. The crackers are great too on the side.
You did not specify whole, canned etc. But I love Salmon Cakes..

McCormick's has a great recipe for Salmon Cakes using Old Bay seasoning..
