Salmon dinner recipes???

Make a simple Bourbon Salmon Marinade

I use brown sugar Splenda Brown Sugar), a 1/4 cup of orange juice and less sodium soy sauce. Bourbon if you have it but if you don't you get the same taste. Mix it well and soak the Salmon in it for about an hour or two and pan sear or grill or even bake. Perfect every time!Salmon dinner recipes???

baste it with a bit of olive oil... season with salt and pepper and blackening spice if you have it.... gill it and squeeze fresh lime juice over top once its done a bit of butter, chopped cilantro and dieced tomatoes... serve with your favorite rice and avacado slices

Or you could go Asian and baste the salmon with an Asian dressing... a little soy... peanut sauce.... sky is the limit
MESQUITE GRILLED DILL SALMON

Lightly olive oil both sides of the salmon. Sprinkle with some seasoned salt and LOTS of dried dillweed. BBQ over mesquite chips for 5-8 min on each side. Serve this sauce with it: 1/4 c. EACH mayonnaise %26amp; sour cream, with 2 TB. dried dillweed ....... We have this at least once a week:)

Lawry's and Kikkoman also make really good teriyaki marinades...and then bbq it.......

Cut some bell peppers in half, or zucchini - brush them with olive oil and sprinkle with a little oregano %26amp; salt, and grill them on the bbq........ a rice dish is always good, and a fruit salad (or cut up strawberries %26amp; pineapple) is always wonderful with any fish.....
I think salmon has such a great flavor that not much is needed for it. I sprinkle it with dill and put a few pats of butter and thin slices of lemon on it. Then bake it at 400 till it's flaky, about 10-15 minutes depending on the cut. You can also wrap it in foil or place on a wood plank and grill it with the same seasonings.
