Place a fillet of salmon on a large sheet of tin foil. Put loads of chopped aromatic herbs dill, thyme, parsley on top with seasoning, add a dollop of butter, draw the tin foil up to form a sealed pouch by folding the edges over and squeezing together tightly so it will hold liquid. You should end up with a 8 inch high parcel with an open top, pour in a half a glass of white wine and seal the top too.

Place on hot BBQ for no more than 10 minutes, open up serve with new potatoes and endive salad, make sure you pour the wine/herb/buttery juices over the salmon, Yum!
I would use this recipe: in lieu of canola oil, I would use a very small amount of olive oil, after a couple of minutes on the grill coat with your favorite BBQ sauce. As a side dish I would do some grilled asparagus - roll 6-7 asparagus in tin foil add a little butter and place on grill (top rack).
