Any quick easy recipes with a can of salmon?

Sauted with tomatoes, sweet peppers, onions, peppers, chive, celery. Served with basmati or jasmine rice. Prep. time 5 mins.Any quick easy recipes with a can of salmon?
Salmon Sandwiches:


Drain the salmon


dice a small onion


add together in a bowl and add mayo


Its almost like a tuna sandwich spread--Try it!





Also drain the salmon


mix bread crumbs and 1 egg and add the salmon -mix it together.








In a mediem high heated skillet add some oil and make patties from the mixure and place in skillet and fry-Salmon patties

SALMON LOAF





INGREDIENTS:


1 (14.75 ounce) can salmon, undrained


1/2 cup crushed saltine crackers


1/2 cup milk


1 egg, beaten


salt and pepper to taste


2 tablespoons melted butter

DIRECTIONS:


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).


In a mixing bowl, combine the salmon, cracker crumbs, milk, egg, salt, pepper, and melted butter. Mix thoroughly.


Press the salmon mixture into a lightly greased 9x5 inch loaf pan.


Bake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes or until done.








SALMON PATTIES





INGREDIENTS:


1 (14.75 ounce) can canned salmon


1 egg


1/2 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs


1/4 cup chopped onion


1 tablespoon olive oil

DIRECTIONS:


Drain and reserve liquid from salmon. Mix egg, onion, bread crumbs and salmon together.


Make into patty's. If mixture is too dry to form into patties, add reserved liquid from salmon.


In a frying pan, heat olive oil. Place patties in pan. Brown on each side, turning gently. Drain on paper towels and serve.





SALMON AND POTATO BISQUE





1 cn (7 1/2 ounces) salmon,


-drained and boned


1 Can( l3 3/4 ounces) chicken


-broth


3 Green onions, chopped


2 tb Chopped red pepper


1 ts Grated lemon peel or 1


-tablespoon lemon juice


-Dash pepper


1/2 c Idaho instant mashed potato


-granules





In microwave-safe 2-quart casserole combine salmon, broth, milk,


green onions, red pepper, lemon peel and pepper. Cover loosely


with plastic wrap; cook on High 5 to 6 minutes or until very hot.


Stir in potatoes. Re-cover; let stand 5 minutes. Cook on High


2 minutes if necessary to reheat





SALMON SALAD





15 1/2 oz Can of salmon


2 ea Celery stalks


1/2 ea Onion, small


1 tb Lemon juice


1/4 ts Dill weed


1/2 c Miracle whip


1 ea Egg, boiled, chopped








Grate celery and onions. Mix Salmon, onions and celery in medium


bowl. Add lemon juice, dill weed,egg mayo, salt and pepper to


taste.





Mix well all ingredients. Chill mixture thoroughly. This is


really good on croissants.








MEXI-SALMON BREAKFAST BAKE





Vegetable oil cooking spray


1-1/2 cups (about 7 oz.) fresh or frozen sweet pepper strips


7 eggs


1/2 cup water


1-1/2 teaspoons Cajun or Creole seasoning


1 can (14.75 oz.) or 2 cans (7.5 oz. each) traditional pack Alaska salmon OR 2 cans or pouches (6 to 7.1 oz. each) skinless, boneless salmon, drained and chunked


1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Colby-Jack or Mexican cheese blend, divided (3/4 cup %26amp; 1/4 cup)





Preheat oven to 400掳F. Spray coat 9-inch baking dish. Microwave peppers on HIGH on microwaveable plate (frozen peppers: 2-3 minutes; fresh peppers: 1-2 minutes). Drain or pat dry peppers. Transfer peppers to baking dish. Beat together eggs, water and seasoning. Stir in salmon and 3/4 cup cheese. Pour egg mixture over peppers. Top with remaining 1/4 cup cheese. Bake 18 to 20 minutes, until puffed and golden.

check for bones,break it up like tuna fish, add an egg, some onion, bread crumbs or crushed saltines, and fry in a pan or bake. Salmon Patties, you can find lots of recipes on how to make them.

Spicy salmon fish cakes sorry don't have the recipe with me at the moment.
Toss the broken up salmon with some hot cooked pasta and some pesto. Voila, ';pasta a la Garbo';!
It's really good with in scrambled eggs, add some sauteed onions and the salmon. Yum!
