If you really want to wow than don't use canned meat, but if you must than make a salmon cake out of it.
Mix the salmon, mayo, dill, salt, white pepper and old bay together.
Form patties to your desires size.
Coat them in bread crumbs.
Pan fry them until golden brown.
If you want to use a sauce than in a sauce pan mix together mayo, sour cream, dill and a little bit of milk together and heat it up slowly. Heat it just enough to make it hot, don't boil it! Hope this helps, good luck in wowing your guests!
man mix it with some egg some green onion and salt and pepper. form into patties and fry in evoo. serve with a sauce made of dill and sour cream and a little mayo. good stuff man it's called salmon patties
You should go to ask.com and ask the same thing. But the main part of food is looks. when its golden put it on a tray with wine soaked lettus, trust me on this.
