Make salmon patties. Basically, like you'd make hamburgers:) 1 egg, bread crumbs, salt, pepper - I like dried dillweed and a little Creole seasoning too. Then you can pan-fry or BBQ them.....I need help with canned salmon recipes?

I use those small cans of salmon (like a tuna can) to make crustless finger sandwiches.

Drain the salmon and stir it w/ a brick of cream cheese, a couple good squeezes fresh lime juice and a tsp dill weed.

Stir well and spread on sandwich bread. Remove crusts. MMMM!!!!
the old standby salmon patties

You could also use the salmon like canned chicken and top pastas and salads with it! Or saute with garlic and onion and make a cream sauce, put on top of a toasted english muffin, then top with teh cream sauce and some herbs
Salmon croquettes... 1 (14.75-ounce) can salmon, drained, skin and bones discarded

1/2 cup buttermilk (you can use reg. milk)

3 tablespoons flour

2 tablespoons cornmeal

1 large egg, lightly beaten

1 onion, finely chopped

salt and black pepper

2 tablespoons veg. oil (more if needed)

Combine the salmon, buttermilk, flour, cornmeal, egg and onion in a medium bowl; season with salt and pepper. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the oil and heat until shimmering. Using a 1/3-cup measure, add the salmon mixture to the hot oil without crowding. Fry until brown, crispy and firm, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Remove with a slotted spatula to a plate lined with paper towels. Serve immediately

OR... just remove the undesirable bits and eat it on a bed of your favorite salad greens. You can use any dressing you like, but I think lemon juice and olive oil taste best on it. Garlic.
You can use it in any way you use canned tuna or chicken. Patties, casseroles, spreads, dips, sandwich filling.
