Recipes for Salmon and ';corona shrimp';?

I am looking for a good way to cook samlon on the grill any ideas?





I also am looking for a recipe for ';Corona shrimp'; All I know is it involves corona beer and shrimp wonder if anyone has the way it is cooked and what else goes with it??Recipes for Salmon and ';corona shrimp';?
Salmon Fillets.


Lightly salt fillet. Place a knob of butter on a medium high heat, ribbed frypan, and when it stops sizzling add fillet skin side down.


As it cooks you will see it changing colour and when it is about 1/3 cooked, carefully turn.


Cook until a further 1/3 is cooked and remove to a warmed plate and cover with foil.


Add some more butter and some fresh herbs:-


Fennel: for an aniseed taste.


Mint.


Parsley.


Let cook for a few minutes and remove from heat. The cast iron will keep it warm.Recipes for Salmon and ';corona shrimp';?
Corona Steamed Shrimp Kebabs





2 tablespoons honey


1 lime, cut in half and 1 half juiced


1 tablespoon soy sauce


1 teaspoon Dijon mustard


32 raw large shrimp (about 1 pound), peeled and deveined


1 fresh pineapple, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks


Two to three 12-ounce bottles Corona or other light lager beer


Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper





1. Whisk together the honey, lime juice, soy sauce and mustard and set the glaze aside. Thread 4 shrimp and several pineapple chunks onto each of eight 10-inch wooden skewers.


2. Prepare a roasting pan by fitting it with a rack that covers the bottom. Pour 2 bottles of the beer into the pan; there should be at least 1/4 inch of liquid in the bottom of the pan (if not, add the third bottle of beer). Set the roasting pan over medium heat on the stovetop (the pan will span 2 burners) and bring the beer to a simmer. Season the skewers with salt and pepper and place on the rack in a single layer. Squeeze the remaining lime half over the skewers. Cover the roasting pan tightly with aluminum foil and steam until the shrimp is cooked through, about 5 minutes.


3. Remove the kebabs from the pan and brush with the glaze. Serve immediately.
GRILL SALMON with cherry sauce


3 c pited cherry


1/2 c water


1/2 c dry white wine


1/4 c onion choped 1 clove garlic


2 T lemon juice


1 t grated lemon peel


1/2 salt


1/4 t crushed red pepper


bring every thing to a boil-reduce heat simmer 30 minutes or untill thickened serve over grill'd salmon ----------------------------------------鈥?can not help you with the corona
