Great salmon steaks recipes. Do you have some?

Salmon Bake....I havent made this yet..but it comes VERY highly recomended!

INGREDIENTS

3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

3 tablespoons butter, melted

5 teaspoons honey

1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs

1/2 cup finely chopped pecans

3 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley

6 (4 ounce) fillets salmon

salt and pepper to taste

6 lemon wedges

DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). In a small bowl, mix together the mustard, butter, and honey. In another bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, pecans, and parsley.

Season each salmon fillet with salt and pepper. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Brush with mustard-honey mixture. Cover the top of each fillet with bread crumb mixture.

Bake for 10 minutes per inch of thickness, measured at thickest part, or until salmon just flakes when tested with a fork. Serve garnished with lemon wedgesGreat salmon steaks recipes. Do you have some?
Wrap a salmon steak tightly in foil with a little seasoning or salt %26amp; pepper (I use Paul Prudomme's fish magic) a good pat of butter and a tablespoon or two of white wine.

Cook on a hot BBQ for about 10 minutes (this will vary depending on thickness of fish and how done you like it...I like it still a little rare-ish).

This is amazing simple and hands down the best salmon I've ever eaten. I tried it in my oven, but it wasn't nearly as good.Great salmon steaks recipes. Do you have some?
kiss

always marinate your fish in olive oil (an hour should be good).... I like to add herbs of choice to the marinade

just-undercook, and cover with foil to finish cooking.... then you won't risk drying it out

i like to wrap my salmon in lemon wheels and hold them in place with whatever ingenious idea pops-up (tooth picks or butcher's twine are two examples)

before you cook the salmon rub it with pepper, and maybe other mild spices, like sage, or even some dried herbs, like fennel seeds...

thick asain sauces are GREAT, so grab something from the asain isle that you don't recognize and smear it all over ya fish before broiling

enjoy
Definitely BBQ!

Sprinkle granulated garlic, a little lemon pepper, and Butter Buds and dried dill weed on the salmon. Then squeeze on a little lemon juice, caper juice and a few capers (the juice is the important part) , and lemon infused olive oil. Let marinate in the fridge 10 minutes. Then BBQ 5 minutes exactly on each side, for a total of 10 minutes. The olive oil keeps it moist. Do not overcook!

Delicious!

lemon juice, butter, rosemary, basil and parsley
I love grilling it. Put fresh garlic, butter, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste together and brush the mixture on while cooking. Reserve some of it and put some more on when you eat it. It's delicious.
This is so easy and tasty! Just marinate in a ziplock bag in (for four steaks or so)

1 cup soy sauce, 1/3 cup brown sugar %26amp; a splash of olive oil.....It tastes amazing just in this, but you can add some crushed garlic and/or fresh grated ginger. Marinate for at least an hour and up to 12 hours.

Good luck!
