Bell Pepper


Celery


Onion Diced


Curry Powder





Mix the Salmon Mayo and Curry. Check for seasoning adjustments.


Add diced Onion and Bell pepper.


Add more mayo if needed

Salmon patties are the same as salmon croquettes.





The taste would be the same as a salmon loaf.

Yields: 8 servings


';A cold pasta salad with tomato, green onion, pickles and salmon in a light mayonnaise dressing.';


INGREDIENTS:


1 (16 ounce) package elbow


macaroni


2 ripe tomatoes, diced


4 green onions, chopped


2 dill pickles, diced





1 (14.75 ounce) can salmon,


drained


1/2 cup mayonnaise


salt and pepper to taste


DIRECTIONS:


1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.


2. When pasta has come to room temperature, combine it with tomatoes, green onions, pickles, salmon, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in a large bowl and mix well. Chill before serving.





Also you could make a tuna casserole type dish but use salmon instead. Same goes for tuna fish sandwiches.What are some other recipes for canned salmon other than salmon croquettes?

my mom makes this thing called salmon loaf its actually kinda good it has salmon, onion, crushed crackers, and i think lemon pepper in it.
Same way you use canned tuna - tuna salad - tuna casserole why not use it in tacos? How about pasta with white sauce and salmon?
Salmon loaf. Mix with bread crumbs, seasoning, eggs and make a loaf! You can patty it up and make salmon patties also. I remember my Dad always doing this during Lent. Sigh....the good ole days! LOL
You can mix it with mayonnaise to make salmon salad. If you would like, add some onions and celery.

Consider it a large can of tuna. Blend it thoroughly with mayo and some seasonings and spread on crackers, or on toast and then melt some cheese on top. It is a healthful snack for youngsters when they come home from school and will hold them until dinner.





Add bits of salmon to macaroni and cheese for a little extra in the next side dish.
