Salmon is so good when it's made simply. It's such a great fish. Just salt and pepper it, pan sear it in olive oil or grill it to your liking, squirt it with a lemon and your set.How can I cook good Salmon?Any recipes?

Let marinate in Italian dressing , with lemon juice and dill . for about 2 hours in fridge. Then broil or put on grill. Add salt on pepper when cooking. But get a good Italian dressing one with herbs in it. hmmmm

I AM
My favorite way to make salmon is to coat it with oil, then sprinkle liberally with Montreal Steak Seasoning, then broil on each side til done. This is UNBELIEVABLE. I got the idea from No Name salmon fillets, how they season theirs - I can't tell the difference.
my favorite is pan seared:

put the salmon filet skin down in a skillet and add just a little oil so it doesn't burn. after about 3 min, flip it and remove the skin (should peel right off). rub w/ a little oil and sprinkle w/ salt and pepper and squeeze a little lemon on it. after 3 min flip and repeat the seasonings on the other side. flip again and cook until opaque through to the center.

it's easy AND yummy. good luck!
In a food processor, blend some parsley, cilantro, habanero (if you like spice), lime, onion, soy sauce or teriyaki sauce, a little olive oil, garlic. I also add those seasoned (italian/ceasar flavored) almonds that go on salads into the mix. Slices of tomatoes.

Season salmon with Sazon Goya, salt, pepper. Spread blend on top of salmon. Top with tomatoes. Put a few slices of butter on top of each piece and bake.
This a bar-b-que recipes. First, marinate the salmon in mango juice for about 3hrs. Cut up some mango slices and kewi slices refrigerate for later. Once you have your grill nice and hot be sure to distribute the coals evenly. You want a medium flame, but not low enough you don't see flames. Take the salmon and wrap it in some heavy duty aluminum foil. be sure to pour about half of the mango juice with the fish. Make sure to seal tightly or the juice will spill, causing the fire to go out. For a side dish, I recommend white rice. This can be prepared while fish is on the grill. After 1 hour take fish out of the foil and place directly onto the grill. Fish should be about done, but you want to ';grill'; it for 40 min. Do not pour the remainder of the juice onto the fish, this will cause it to become soggy. When salmon is nice and golden brown you are ready to eat. Spoon some white rice in middle of plate, then the salmon on top. Take fruit slices out of refrigerator and place a few pieces on top as well. Serve with a bottle of your favorite beer and enjoy!!!!!!
check out this webiste, they have all kinds of recipes listed........and pick whatever sounds good to you....
cook it in a skillet and use just enough lemon pepper to cover both sides, and maybe squeeze out a little bit of lemon juice on it and presto!
