Any dinner-type recipes using smoked salmon?

My BF's parents gave us some smoked salmon, and he doesn't cook, but wants a dinner using it. I'd like to avoid lots of cream jor half and half if possible (I can't eat that), but if you've got a good one with cream/half and half, I'll make it for him.Any dinner-type recipes using smoked salmon?
