Slice some onions and lay the ';rings'; on the bottom of foil. Lay the fish on top. Place some small butter cubes on top of the fish (depending on how big the fish is) and sprinkle some lemon pepper evenly over it. Then just squeeze some fresh lemon juice on top of it all. Seal the foil together at the top and put that baby on the grill. It's moist and taste sooooo darn good.What is your favorite recipe for salmon?
Marinate overnight in teriyaki/soy based marinade.





Soak a cedar plank (avail in BBQ section, or gourmet stores, don't use from home store!). Lay salmon on plank and BBQ.





It's what we have for christmas dinner every year. We're odd, I know. :)
I just like rubbing it down with salt, pepper, garlic, lemon, and olive oil. It's simple but it always comes out great.
