Ingredients for Salmon And Bacon


1陆 pounds salmon


12 slices bacon


陆 tablespoon butter


Pepper to taste





Remove skin and vertebral bone from salmon.


Cut in slices, or flake the salmon.


Season with pepper, no salt.


Cut the slices of bacon in half.


Mix bacon with salmon.


Put butter in frying pan and melt, then add salmon and bacon.


Cook quickly for about 6 or 7 minutes.
