Does anyone have a recipe for salmon patties?

1 can Salmon 1/2 teaspoon Pepper


1 Egg 1 Onion diced


1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs 1/2 cup Olive oil


1/2 teaspoon Salt








Instructions


Cover the bottom of a skillet with olive oil.


Remove skin and bones from salmon; drain well. In mixing bowl, combine salmon with egg, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and onion. Make patties about 2 inches in diameter; fry in oil until brown on both sides about 10 minutes.

1 can of Alaskan Red Sockeye


2 eggs


4 green onions


1 sleeve package of saltine crackers


salt and pepper to taste





dump can of salmon into a mixing bowl


break both eggs onto the meat


crush at least 2/3 of the crackers into large crumbs (about the size of peas)


peel and dice green onion, include small portion of the chives





'fraid you have to use your hands to mix it





makes about 5-6 patties

Most people I know don't have recipes. I learned from watching my grandma.





I take a can of salmon and pour it in a bowl. I crush up a sleeve of crackers. Add some salt and pepper and voila.
Mix salmon, eggs, salt, pepper, onions, stuffing (home-made or stove top), and celery. Make patties. Place patties into frying pan until brown.
Open up a can of salmon, put one egg, salt and pepper, and enough flour to bind it together.Then fry them.

Salmon Patties





This has always been a family favorite. Goes great with mac and cheese.


1 can pink salmon


1 can red salmon


1 egg


1 tablespoon parsley


2 tablespoons minced onions


2 tablespoons flour


2 tablespoons lemon juice


1/4 cup cracker crumbs


1/4 cup cracker crumbs (for dipping)


margarine, to fry in


6-8 patties





1. De-bone salmon and mix above ingredients in medium bowl.


2. Make into patties.


3. Dip patties into cracker crumbs.


4. Fry in margarine until golden brown.


5. Enjoy!
