Need to make a recipe from salmon fish with cheese?

Hi everybody


Need to make a recipe from salmon with cheese.


I need baked.


If any one knows how to make one please send me recipe I will appreciate it very much.

BAKED SALMON ROLLS WITH CHEESE SAUCE





3 tbsp. butter


3 tbsp. flour


1 1/2 c. light cream


1 c. grated Cheddar cheese


1 tbsp. sweet sherry


1 1/2 tsp. salt


6 fillets salmon steak


1/2 c. grated onion


1 tbsp. lemon juice


1/2 tsp. white pepper


1/4 c. melted butter





Melt 3 tablespoons butter in a skillet. Mix in flour until smooth. Gradually add the cream, stirring until it reaches the boiling point. Cook over low heat 5 minutes. Add the cheese, sherry and 1/2 teaspoon salt; cook until cheese melts. Remove from heat.





Roll up salmon; fasten with toothpicks. Arrange in buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with onions, lemon juice, pepper and remaining salt. Pour the 1/4 cup melted butter over top.





Bake in 400 degree oven for 35 minutes. Pour the cheese sauce over the fish and brown under broiler.

SALMON CHEESE PIE





2 1/4 c. sifted flour


3 tsp. baking powder


1/2 tsp. salt


1/2 c. shortening


2 eggs


1/2 c. milk


1 (1 lb.) can salmon, drained, reserve juice


1 tbsp. grated onion


1/3 lb. cheese, thinly sliced





VEGETABLE SAUCE:





1/4 c. butter


1/4 c. flour


1 tsp. prepared mustard


2 c. milk


1/2 tsp. salt


2 c. cooked green vegetables





Sift together flour, baking powder, salt; cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse meal. Combine eggs and milk; beat well. Add to dry ingredients and mix only until all flour is moistened. Roll out 2/3 of dough on well floured pastry cloth or board to 11 inch circle. Fit into 9 inch pie pan or layer cake pan.





Drain salmon; flake into bowl, removing skin and bones. Add onion and 2 tablespoon of reserved salmon juice. Turn into biscuit lined pan. Cover with cheese. Roll out remaining 1/3 of dough to 7 inch circle. Place on top of cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Serve hot with vegetable sauce.





Vegetable Sauce: Melt butter in saucepan. Blend in flour and prepared mustard; mix well. Gradually add milk; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thick. Add salt and desired cooked green vegetables. Serves 6.

CHEESE SALMON BAKE





2 tbsp. butter


2 tbsp. flour


4 oz. (2 c.) med. noodles


1/2 lb. (2 c.) shredded sharp cheese


1 tsp. salt


Pepper


1 c. milk


1 lb. can salmon, undrained





Grease 1 quart casserole. In saucepan, melt butter. Add flour. Stir in milk slowly. Cook until smooth. To undrained salmon, add uncooked noodles, cheese, salt, and pepper and sauce. Combine thoroughly. Pour into casserole. Bake 30 minutes or until well set. Serves 4.Need to make a recipe from salmon fish with cheese?
Baked Salmon with cheese





17.5 oz salmon filet


5.5 oz cheese


mayonnaise


salt


pepper


vegetable oil





Cut the salmon into small pieces. Add salt and pepper. Leave for 30 minutes.


Grate the cheese on a small grater.


Fry the humpback salmon in vegetable oil, from both sides, until it is a golden color


Then place pieces of fish on the baking pan.


Grease with mayonnaise.


Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven at 350F until there is a golden crust (approximately 20 minutes).
