Recipe for grilled salmon from Macaroni Grill?

Anyone have a recipe that is like the grilled salmon at Macaroni Grill? The one with the honey-teriyaki glaze?

And salmon experts out there, if I bake the fish instead of grilling, will it not taste as good? If I can bake it, what temp, how long, do I need to wrap it in foil, etc.

Thank you!Recipe for grilled salmon from Macaroni Grill?
