Give me a easy recipe for salmon paties and or shrimp patties?

I have bread crumbs, shrimp, salmon, eggs, some spices, cream of chicken soup.Give me a easy recipe for salmon paties and or shrimp patties?
SALMON PATTIES





16 ounces pink salmon, canned


1 egg


1/3 cup onion, minced


1/2 cup flour


1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder


1 1/2 cups vegetable oil, for frying





Drain salmon. Set aside 2 Tablespoons juice in mixing bowl. Mix together salmon, egg, and onions until sticky. Stir in flour. Add baking powder to juice, then stir into salmon mixture. Form into small patties. Fry until golden brown (about 5 minutes).


Serving Size: 4





OR





SALMON PATTIES





1 14. 75 oz can of traditional style salmon


1/2 cup all-purpose flour


2 eggs beaten


salt and pepper to taste





Drain salmon. Pour into bowl and flake it with a fork. Add beaten eggs, flour, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Make into small patties.


In a skillet, heat one inch of vegetable oil. Fry patties on each side until brown. Drain on paper towels.





Serve warm with tartar sauce or dip in ranch dressing





OR





SALMON PATTIES





1 can pink or red salmon


1 egg


Cracker crumbs (14 or 16) to consistency of making patties





Add 1/2 teaspoon of vinegar or lemon juice. Bake patties and fry in skillet to which has been added 2 or 3 tablespoon shortening. Put salmon in bowl, add eggs, beat, vinegar and cracker crumbs, stir all together make patties.

SHRIMP (CAMARONE) PATTIES





1 dozen eggs


1 package ground shrimp powder


1 tablespoon garlic powder


1 teaspoon onion powder


oil for frying





Separate egg yolks from eggs whites into two different bowls. In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat egg whites until they have soft peaks.


Beat egg yolks well. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder and shrimp powder, mixing well.





Folk in egg whites gently, so as not to deflate.





In a skillet, heat 1/4'; vegetable oil. Fry the shrimp mixture in the hot oil, dropping by tablespoons and flattening slightly with the back of the spoon into patties.





After several minutes, flip and cook second side until lightly browned on both sides.





OR





SHRIMP PATTIES





1 lb. fresh shrimp, cleaned and cut up


1 egg, beaten


3 level tbsp. flour


Salt and pepper to taste





Put cleaned shrimp on paper towel and dry off, then cut up. Add salt and pepper and beaten egg. Stir with fork. Add flour and stir. Make patties by hand and roll in flour. Fry in skillet with Crisco until light brown. Makes 7 or 8 patties.

SHRIMP PATTIES





1 sm. can crab meat


1 sm. can shrimp


3 potatoes


1 sm. onion, diced


1 egg





Peel, boil and mash 3 potatoes. Add crab meat, shrimp, diced onion, and egg. Stir well to mix. Take a small handful; roll into ball and dip in flour and flatten into pancake shape. Fry until brown on each side.

Easy Baked Salmon Patties





(7 ounce) can salmon, drained and flaked


1 egg, beaten


1 tablespoon olive oil


2 green onions, finely chopped


2 cups bread crumbs


lemon pepper to taste








Directions





Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).





In a medium bowl, mix together salmon, egg, olive oil, green onions, and 2/3 cup bread crumbs. Season with lemon pepper. Form mixture into 8 patties. Coat patties with remaining bread crumbs, and arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.





Bake 10 minutes in the preheated oven, turning once, or until golden brown on both sides.

1 pound can red or pink salmon


1Tbls lemon juice


dash of cayenne


1 tsp salt


2 eggs beaten


1 1/2 cups bread crumbs


1/2 tsp celery salt


1/2 tsp baking powder


1/2 cup evaporated milk


1/2 cup liquid (fish juice and water)





Drain salmon, discard skin and bones, save juice. Crush fish stir in eggs, fish juice and crumbs, blending well. Add seasonings and lemon juice mixing well. Divide into 1/4 cup portions and shape into flat patties about 1/2 inch thick. Heat shortening or oil sizzling hot in heavy skillet, lay in patties and brown on both sides to a rich golden color.


Remove to a hot platter and garnish with parsley and lemon slices if desired. Note: I use Kellogg corn flake crumbs instead of bread crumbs.
BAKED SALMON PATTIES





1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon


2 eggs


12 saltine crackers, crushed


1 med. chopped onion


Dash of Tabasco, if desired





Drain most of liquid off salmon. Mash salmon and bones. Add other ingredients. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours. Measure 1/3 cup for each patty. Put on cooking sheet sprayed with vegetable cooking spray. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees until brown. Yield: 7 patties.

use bread crumbs and an egg and season like salt and pepper you don't want to over power the flavor of the salmon or shrimp parsley is good on it


just add what you would think would be good on it and just fry





this is potato salmon patties





* 1 (14.75 ounce) can salmon, drained and flaked


* 2 eggs, beaten


* 1/4 cup garlic and herb seasoned dry bread crumbs


* 1/4 cup dry potato flakes


* 1 medium onion, minced


* 1 clove garlic, minced


* 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed


* 1/4 teaspoon celery salt


* salt and pepper to taste


* 2 tablespoons olive oil








DIRECTIONS





1. In a medium bowl, mix salmon, eggs, garlic and herb seasoned dry bread crumbs, dry potato flakes, onion, garlic, dill weed, celery salt, salt, and pepper. Form the mixture into 2 inch balls, and flatten into patties about 1/2 inch thick.


2. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. In batches, cook patties about 5 minutes on each side, until lightly browned.
you need either cooked potato or bread soaked in milk to add to the salmon.


For 4oz salmon you need 4oz either bread soaked in milk then squeezed well, or cooked potato smashed . Add salt, pepper, 1oz very finely chopped onion chopped parsley. Spices are difficult, maybe to strong for salmon, the only one I can think would work is a little 5 spice. Bind together with a raw egg. Make into balls, egg and breadcrumb and fry.You could bake in the oven but brush over with a little oil first.
