Does anyone have Japanese cooking recipe for Salmon Kama or Hamachi Kama?

I ate this as an appetizer and a meal in couple of different Japanese restaurants and it was great! It is broiled Salmon Cheeks, very delicious! Very flavorable. Please help me get the recipe. Thanks! Arigato Gozaimus!Does anyone have Japanese cooking recipe for Salmon Kama or Hamachi Kama?
