Does anyone have a good sauce recipe for baked salmon?

Well my family always likes a fish marinade that's lemon butter dill. I'm not sure the brand, but it's near the fish section in the grocery stores. We shop at A%26amp;P but you may not have one where you live. It's a creamy sort of dressing that I brush onto the salmon before baking, and then give a little to dip the fish in. It's really delicious, and you could probably make it homemade.

I would suggest this way:

Place about 3 tablespoons butter in a saucepan and stir until melts,

add 1 clove garlic, and dill to taste (not too much)

add lemon juice from a regular sized lemon.

Stir ingredients together until well blended. Turn off heat and set aside. Will thicken upon standing.

I would then brush the sauce onto the salmon to bake. Make sure not to bake too much because that will cause the fish to go dry. Make sure that the fish is fresh, and that the temperature is not too hot. I bake mine at about 350 degrees for 20 minutes. This should make it nice and juicy. Take it out, divide and add some more of your sauce onto the side for dipping. Good luck, and this recipe always works for when I can't get the store bought. It's pretty much just as good!

We love Salmon and Trout in our family, and I hope yours turns out well. Make sure there are no bones when serving.

Put a tablespoon of Dijon mustard, a squeeze of lemon juice, salt, some parseley, pepper, a tablespoon of capers and some of the caper juice in a blender and whiz it around while dribbling in about 1/4 cup of olive oil. It will make a wonderful sauce for your salmon. Enjoy!
try using Fish Veloute sauce
get some mashed potatoes. just maybe a 1/4 cup. a pinch of horseradish. some heavy cream maybe 1/2 a cup slighlty less. salt pepper and butter. heat it up all together.
I don't know know if you'd call it a sauce or a dip....but I like to have creamed corn with my salmon.

On the side.....or on top of fish.
